Qualification forms

We use the contact and business information you submit to assess fit and arrange your strategy call. Submissions are saved to our connected Google Sheet. Scheduling is provided by Calendly and is subject to its privacy policy.

Advertising measurement

Vera Systems shares page visits and successful qualified form submissions with Meta for advertising measurement and optimization where permitted. Meta receives page URLs, browser/device information and may use advertising cookies. Form answers, names, email addresses and phone numbers are not sent. You can turn this off in Cookie settings.

A Lead event means a qualified form submission was successfully saved. It does not mean a call was booked or a sale was completed. We do not send your form answers or customer matching identifiers to Meta.

Your choices

Tracking is blocked where consent is required or the region is unknown. Elsewhere, advertising measurement is enabled unless you turn it off or your browser signals an applicable privacy opt-out. Use Cookie settings at the bottom of any page to withdraw. Changes apply immediately and across open tabs. Blocked events are not replayed later.

Your advertising preference is saved on this browser with a visitor reference, time, region and the notice shown. Previous preference records are retained when you change your choice. Clearing browser storage removes this browser's saved preference.
